I have travelled the world and can say that the raw oysters and the calamari are the freshest I've had in decades (in Fairbanks?!?). The entrees are appropriately priced and created fresh from scratch. The chocolate mousse is mouth-gazmic. And the staff. Where do I start. Attentive, polite, appreciative, on the spot, interactive and genuine. Definitely a fine dining establishment with old family values. I am beyond happy to have my former prepcook from Lunch Cafe in your ranks!

Bobby's is one of my favorite places to eat. The staff is super attentive and nice. The owners are so sweet and approachable. The food is amazing. Lamb chops are my favorite and I start with stuffed grape leaves. The martini menu is so versatile. There's a martini for everyone's taste.

Place was amazing! Very friendly and the food was outstanding. I tried one of their specials which I was nervous about because it was something I had never had before but I can't say enough good things about it. This place must be a favorite in Fairbanks!!
